The Opti+ INS-11128 Adjustable Trial Frame is a lightweight and fully adjustable frame designed for manual refraction examinations. It allows practitioners to position multiple trial lenses accurately in front of each eye while adjusting pupillary distance, cylinder axis, nose-rest position, temple length, and temple inclination for a comfortable patient fit.

Outstanding Features
Five Trial Lenses per Eye
Each lens holder accommodates up to five trial lenses simultaneously, with three slots positioned in front and two slots behind the frame. This configuration supports combinations of spherical, cylindrical, prism, occlusion, and other accessory lenses.
Independent Monocular PD Adjustment
The pupillary distance can be adjusted independently for each eye from 25 to 40 mm, providing a combined binocular PD range from 50 to 80 mm.
Precise PD Scale
The clearly marked pupillary distance scale offers 1 mm graduations with a stated tolerance of ±0.5 mm, supporting accurate alignment of the trial lenses with the patient’s visual axes.
Adjustable Cylinder Axis
Graduated axis dials allow precise positioning of cylindrical trial lenses. The lenses can rotate through 360°, with axis markings in 5° increments.
Adjustable Nose Rest
The nose rest provides a height adjustment range from 0 to 23 mm and can be rotated through 360° to accommodate different facial profiles and improve patient comfort.
Adjustable Temple Length
The temple length can be extended in 5 mm increments, allowing the frame to fit patients with different head sizes.
Independent Temple Inclination
