INS-11030 | Digital Lensmeter SML 800
The Opti+ INS-11030 SML-800 Digital Lensmeter is an automatic ophthalmic lens analyzer designed for fast and precise verification of single-vision, bifocal, trifocal, progressive, prism, and compatible contact lenses. Its Hartmann measurement system and high-speed processor provide reliable sphere, cylinder, axis, addition, prism, and pupillary distance measurements.
Equipped with a 5.7-inch TFT LCD screen, automatic lens-type recognition, progressive-lens guidance, UV transmission measurement, and automatic data storage, the INS-11030 provides an efficient solution for optical stores, laboratories, optometry practices, and ophthalmology clinics.
Outstanding Features
Hartmann Measurement Technology
The INS-11030 uses the Hartmann measurement method with high-speed digital processing to analyze ophthalmic lenses accurately and efficiently.
Green LED Light Source
The stable green LED measurement source eliminates the need for manual Abbe-value compensation, simplifying operation when measuring lenses made from different optical materials.
Automatic Lens-Type Recognition
The system can automatically recognize compatible lens types and select the appropriate measurement interface for standard or progressive lenses.
Wide ±35.00D Sphere Range
A broad spherical measurement range from -35.00D to +35.00D allows the unit to evaluate low-, medium-, and high-power ophthalmic lenses.
Automatic Reading and Data Memory
Measurement results can be read and stored automatically once the lens is correctly positioned, reducing button operations and improving workflow efficiency.
Progressive-Lens Measurement Guidance
Directional arrows guide the operator toward the distance and near measurement areas of progressive lenses. The system can automatically store the distance and near values when properly aligned.
Multiple Lens Measurement Modes
The instrument supports single-vision, mounted, bifocal, trifocal, progressive, and compatible contact-lens measurements.
Pupillary Distance Measurement
When measuring mounted lenses, the integrated PD slider provides total PD, left monocular PD, and right monocular PD information.
UV Transmission Measurement
The integrated UV function measures ultraviolet transmission and can compare the filtering performance of two or more lenses.
Contact-Lens Measurement Mode
Using the appropriate contact-lens holder, the unit measures compatible lenses from -25.00D to +25.00D with base curves from 6.00 to 9.00 mm.
5.7-Inch TFT LCD Display
The high-resolution color screen provides a clear graphical interface with recognizable icons, alignment targets, directional indicators, and measurement results.
Flexible Display Formats
Sphere and cylinder readings can be displayed in multiple increments, while cylinder values can be shown in plus, minus, or mixed notation. Prism measurements are available in Cartesian or polar coordinates.
Optional Integrated Thermal Printer
An optional built-in thermal printer using 57 mm paper allows results and customized business information to be printed for documentation or quality-control records.
✅ The Opti+ INS-11030 SML-800 Digital Lensmeter combines Hartmann measurement technology, automatic lens recognition, a ±35.00D sphere range, progressive and contact-lens modes, PD measurement, and UV transmission testing for comprehensive lens verification.
