The Opti+ INS-11043 Hand Lens Edger is a compact tabletop machine designed for manual grinding, beveling, and finishing of ophthalmic lens edges. Its high-speed 150 W motor drives a 110 mm diamond wheel with combined roughing and finishing sections for efficient lens processing.

The INS-11043 features an internal water-recirculation system with a dedicated pump, removable reservoir, filter, and adjustable water valve. An automatic proximity sensor starts the grinding wheel when the operator’s hands approach the work area and stops it when they move away, helping simplify operation and reduce unnecessary energy use.
