The Opti+ INS-11044 Automatic Hand Lens Edger is a compact tabletop machine designed for the manual grinding, beveling, and finishing of ophthalmic lens edges. Its high-speed 150 W motor operates a 100 mm diamond grinding wheel with dedicated roughing and finishing surfaces.

An automatic proximity sensor starts the grinding wheel when the operator’s hands approach the work area and stops it when they move away. The integrated water-recirculation system includes a pump, removable reservoir, filter screen, and adjustable water valve for convenient operation without a direct plumbing connection.
