INS-11064 | Portable Lensmeter
The Opti+ INS-11064 Portable Lensmeter is a compact manual instrument designed for convenient verification of ophthalmic lenses in optical stores, laboratories, clinics, and mobile service environments. It measures spherical and cylindrical power, cylinder axis, prism power, and optical center while offering the flexibility to operate either handheld or as a tabletop lensmeter.
With a measuring range from -15.00 D to +15.00 D, battery-powered operation, and a lightweight design, the INS-11064 provides reliable lens inspection wherever it is needed. It can be used with single-vision and bifocal lenses, while hard contact lenses can also be measured with the appropriate optional adapter.
Outstanding Features
Portable Handheld Design
The compact and lightweight body allows the lensmeter to be comfortably operated by hand, making it suitable for mobile lens verification, field service, and workspaces with limited room.
Handheld or Tabletop Operation
The INS-11064 can be used as a handheld instrument or installed in its case-mounted support for stable tabletop operation. This provides flexibility for both temporary and permanent workstations.
±15.00 D Measurement Range
The lensmeter measures vertex power from -15.00 D to +15.00 D, covering a wide selection of commonly prescribed ophthalmic lenses.
Sphere and Cylinder Measurement
The instrument can measure spherical and cylindrical lenses. By focusing each principal meridian, the operator can determine the lens power and cylinder axis.
Cylinder Axis Measurement
The cylinder axis scale covers 0° to 180° with 5° divisions, supporting accurate verification of astigmatic prescriptions.
Prism Measurement
The integrated target scale measures prism power up to 4Δ. Each full scale circle represents 1Δ, while the target design also allows intermediate values to be estimated.
Single-Vision and Bifocal Lens Testing
The lensmeter can verify single-vision lenses and measure the addition power of bifocal lenses by positioning each lens zone against the lens stop.
Optional Hard Contact Lens Measurement
Hard contact lenses can be measured when the instrument is used with the optional contact lens adapter, expanding its application beyond conventional spectacle lenses.
Optical Center and PD Verification
The integrated marking system helps locate and mark the optical center of a lens. These reference marks can also be used to verify the pupillary distance of mounted lenses.
Adjustable Eyepiece
The focusing eyepiece allows the operator to obtain a sharp view of the measurement scale before examining the lens, supporting clear and consistent readings.
Automatic Illumination Activation
The lens-holder lever also functions as the power control. The illumination activates automatically when the lens is positioned for measurement, helping simplify operation and conserve battery power.
Adjustable Lens Table
The removable lens table can be installed from either side and adjusted vertically, supporting correct lens positioning for cylinder-axis and prism measurements.
Battery-Powered Convenience
The instrument operates on two AA batteries, eliminating the need for an electrical outlet and providing convenient use at a desk, in the field, or during mobile optical services.
✅ The Opti+ INS-11064 Portable Lensmeter combines ±15.00 D power measurement, cylinder-axis and prism verification, optical-center marking, and handheld or tabletop operation in a compact battery-powered instrument.
