The Opti+ INS-11068 Lens Polisher Machine is designed to polish and finish the edges of ophthalmic lenses after cutting and edging. Compatible with CR-39 plastic, polycarbonate, high-index plastic, and mineral glass lenses, it provides adjustable polishing pressure for controlled processing of different lens materials and thicknesses.

Its automatic lifting head, electronic timer, protective cover, and dust-extraction connection help simplify lens finishing while maintaining a cleaner and more controlled optical laboratory workspace.

Multi-Material Lens Compatibility

The INS-11068 is suitable for polishing the edges of CR-39 plastic, polycarbonate, high-index plastic, and mineral glass lenses.

Adjustable Polishing Pressure

Multiple pressure settings allow the operator to adapt the polishing intensity to the lens material. Available settings include Extra Light, Low, and High for controlled processing of thin, standard, or thicker lenses.

Automatic Lifting Head

Once the polishing cycle begins, the machine head lowers automatically to position the lens against the polishing wheel. At the end of the selected cycle, the head automatically returns to its starting position.

Adjustable Lens Position

A dedicated position-control knob allows the operator to move the lens across the polishing wheel, helping achieve an even finish along the lens edge.

Electronic Timer and Automatic Stop

The integrated timer can be adjusted from 0 to 5 minutes. The machine automatically stops and raises the polishing head when the selected processing time is completed.

Protective Dust Cover

The enclosed polishing area helps reduce operating noise and limits the dispersion of polishing residue. A transparent window allows the operator to monitor the polishing process while the cover remains closed.

Dust-Extraction Connection

An exhaust port and hose connection allow the machine to be connected to a compatible external dust collector. The connected collector can be configured to switch on and off with the polishing machine.
