INS-11114 | Digital Lensmeter LM890
The Opti+ INS-11114 Digital Auto Lensmeter is a precision lens analysis system that uses the Hartmann array principle together with advanced image processing technology. It measures sphere, cylinder, axis, addition power, prism, pupillary distance, optical-center height, and lens transmittance across a wide variety of ophthalmic lenses.
The instrument automatically identifies and measures different lens types, including single-vision, bifocal, trifocal, progressive, polarized, tinted, high-index, scratched, and contact lenses. Results are displayed on a large 7-inch HD color touchscreen and can be printed directly using the integrated thermal printer.
Outstanding Features
Hartmann Array Measurement Technology
The INS-11114 uses the Hartmann array principle with precise image analysis and processing technology to deliver fast, reliable measurements across different lens materials and designs.
Automatic Lens Identification
The system automatically determines the lens type and selects the appropriate measurement mode, helping simplify operation and reduce the time required for lens verification.
Wide ±25.00 D Sphere Range
The lensmeter measures spherical power from -25.00 D to +25.00 D and cylindrical power up to ±10.00 D, covering a broad range of common and high-power prescriptions.
Progressive Lens Measurement
The progressive measurement mode quickly locates the distance and near centers of progressive lenses and measures the required optical parameters within each effective lens zone.
Bifocal and Trifocal Lens Measurement
Dedicated measurement modes support the verification of distance, intermediate, and near powers in bifocal and trifocal lenses.
Contact Lens Measurement
A dedicated contact lens mode measures contact lens power from -25.00 D to +25.00 D and supports base curves from 6.00 to 9.00 mm.
PD and Optical-Center Height Measurement
A digital on-screen ruler allows the operator to quickly measure the pupillary distance and optical-center height of lenses mounted in a frame.
UV and Blue-Light Transmittance Measurement
The instrument measures both UV and blue-light transmittance. Simple mode displays individual lens results, while comparison mode allows multiple lenses to be evaluated side by side.
High and Low Transmittance Lens Measurement
The green LED light source and Hartmann measurement system support lenses with reduced light transmission, including sunglasses, polarized lenses, and high-index materials.
No ABBE Compensation Required
The green LED illumination system eliminates the need for manual ABBE compensation, simplifying operation while supporting consistent lens measurements.
7-Inch HD Touchscreen
A large 7-inch high-definition color touchscreen provides intuitive control of measurement modes, cylinder notation, prism display, UV testing, PD/PH functions, and printing.
Automatic Reading and Memory
The automatic memory function captures and stores measurement data once the lens is correctly aligned. Manual reading is also available when direct operator control is preferred.
Multiple Cylinder and Prism Display Modes
Cylinder results can be displayed in plus, minus, or mixed notation. Prism results can be shown in Cartesian, polar, or millimeter formats.
Integrated Lens Marking System
The built-in marking mechanism allows the optical center and cylinder-axis reference points to be marked directly on uncut lenses before edging and installation.
Built-In Thermal Printer
The integrated printer produces immediate records of measurement results. Printed reports can also be customized with company information, including name, address, telephone, and fax number.
RS-232 Connectivity
An RS-232 interface supports communication with compatible external optical equipment and digital workflow systems.
✅ The Opti+ INS-11114 Digital Auto Lensmeter combines Hartmann array technology, automatic lens identification, progressive and contact lens measurement, PD/PH verification, UV and blue-light analysis, a 7-inch touchscreen, and integrated printing for complete professional lens evaluation.
