INS-11111 | Digital Lensmeter LM600
The Opti+ INS-11111 LM600 Digital Lensmeter is a compact and efficient automatic lens analysis system designed for fast verification of ophthalmic lenses. Its 117-point Hartmann wavefront sensor uses a multipoint area measurement method to obtain precise sphere, cylinder, axis, addition, and prism readings across a wide variety of lens designs.
The LM600 features a large 7-inch color touchscreen, automatic progressive-lens detection, PD and optical-center height measurement, UV transmission analysis, contact lens mode, an integrated thermal printer, and USB and RJ45 connectivity. Its intuitive interface and compact design make it an excellent solution for optical stores, lens laboratories, optometry practices, and professional dispensing environments.
Outstanding Features
117-Point Hartmann Wavefront Sensor
The LM600 incorporates a 117-point Hartmann sensor with multipoint area measurement technology, providing fast and precise results across different lens materials and designs.
Wide ±25.00 D Sphere Range
The instrument measures spherical power up to ±25.00 D and cylindrical power up to ±10.00 D, covering a broad selection of standard and high-power prescriptions.
Automatic Progressive Lens Detection
The LM600 automatically identifies progressive lenses and activates the appropriate measurement process, helping the operator locate and measure the distance and near zones more efficiently.
Progressive Addition Measurement
With an ADD measurement range from -10.00 D to +10.00 D, the system supports detailed verification of progressive and multifocal lens designs.
High Prism Measurement Capacity
The lensmeter measures prism power from 0 to 20Δ with a resolution of 0.01Δ, supporting both standard and higher-prism prescriptions.
7-Inch Color Touchscreen
A large 7-inch LCD touchscreen with 800 × 480 resolution provides a clear, intuitive interface for measurement, alignment, mode selection, data review, and printing.
PD and Optical-Center Height Measurement
A movable lens table and integrated bridge-positioning system allow the operator to measure pupillary distance and optical-center height on mounted lenses.
Contact Lens Measurement Mode
Contact lenses can be evaluated by replacing the standard lens support with the dedicated contact lens support, expanding the system’s measurement capabilities.
UV Transmission Measurement
The LM600 includes a UV transmission measurement function for evaluating the protective characteristics of ophthalmic lenses.
Integrated Data Memory
A dedicated data-memory function allows measurement results to be captured and retained during the right and left lens verification process.
Integrated Lens Marking System
Built-in lens markers allow the optical center and cylinder-axis reference points to be applied directly to uncut lenses before edging or frame installation.
Built-In Thermal Printer
The integrated thermal printer uses 57 mm paper to produce immediate records of lens measurement results for verification and documentation.
USB and RJ45 Connectivity
USB and RJ45 external connections support communication with compatible devices and help integrate the lensmeter into digital optical workflows.
Compact and Durable Design
The modern, space-efficient construction combines durable materials with a small footprint, making the LM600 suitable for dispensing counters and laboratories with limited workspace.
